Case No.121 of 2015, pending before the learned ACJM, Bagaha, West Champaran with a liberty to move before the learned Sessions Judge, West Champaran, Bettiah for modification of the order dated 11.05.2015 passed in ABP No. 9328 of 2015 whereby the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail, within a period of one month.

Accordingly, the application is permitted to be withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
