Petitioners, already in custody, seek bail in connection with Khudaganj PS Case No.74 of 2017, registered under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that the daughter of the informant married with brother of petitioner no.2 was killed by accused persons in connection with realizing demand of dowry. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are the brother of the husband of the deceased and his wife, they are separate in mess and there is also allegation that the husband and wife, the deceased, quarreled and postmortem report indicates that it is a case of suicide and the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15633 of 2018(3) dt.11-05-2018 2/2 cause of death is hanging and mother-in-law has been admitted to bail.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioners, namely, Kiran Devi and Sanjai Manjhi are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Khudaganj PS Case No.74 of 2017.
