JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 15-02-2022 Heard the parties through video conferencing. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Kudhani (Turki O.P.) P.S. Case No. 424 of 2019 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402/32 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-B) (a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Considering the allegations under Sections 399 and 402 relating to an FIR registered in the year 2019, learned counsel submits that the petitioner was working at Jammu and his name being involved in the case.

Taking into consideration the nature of allegations and the offence alleged, I am inclined to allow the petitioner on bail, in the event of arrest he shall be released on anticipatory bail,
