In compliance of the order dated 10.05.2013 passed in CWJC No.1704 of 2007, all the lawful dues of the petitioners have already been paid excepting the arrears of pension for the period from 01.04.1997 to 310.10.2004, which is apparent from the reasoned order dated 03.11.2015 passed by the Municipal Commissioner, Patna Municipal Corporation, as contained in Annexure-A to the show cause filed on behalf of the opposite party no.1.

In above view of the matter, the present MJC application is disposed of with a direction to the opposite parties to pay the remaining dues of the petitioner at an early date the
