Petitioner is in custody in connection with S.Tr. No. 69 of 2019 arising out of Kudra P.S. Case No. 143 of 2018 for the offence under section 302 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case on the basis of suspicion due to strained relationship between her and the deceased.

The allegation against the petitioner is that she killed the deceased by strangulation due to quarrel in between petitioner and the deceased. The petitioner is Gotni of the deceased and it is said that the deceased died due to electrocution.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and there is only suspicion against this petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Kaimur at Bhabhua, in connection with S. Tr. No. 69 of 2019 arising out of Kudra P.S. Case No. 143 of 2018. (Anil Kumar Upadhyay, J) Ravi/- U T
