The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 47(a), 48(2), 54 and 63 of Bihar Excise Amendment Act.

The allegation is that 80 litres of country made liquor allegedly was recovered from the vehicle of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 31.08.2016. The petitioner has stated, on oath, that he has no criminal antecedent.
