Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sikty P.S. Case No. 38 of 2017 registered under Sections- 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent and is in custody since 24.02.2017.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand)
