2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 406 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. By order dated 24.02.2023, this matter was referred to the Patna High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre to resolve the dispute between the parties.

4. The learned Mediator vide its report dated 20.07.2023 has, inter alia, reported that a settlement has been arrived at between the parties as per the terms and conditions as mentioned in the report.

5. As the dispute has already been resolved between

No.40523 of 2022(7) dt.26-07-2023 2/2 the parties, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Mojahidpur P.S. Case No. 118 of 2021, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
