2. The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 21-02-2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 3574 of 2025 by which the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail.

3. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioner No. 1 being a person of 76 years suffers from several ailment and the petitioner No. 2 being his son was engaged in assisting his ailing father and that is why, he could not surrender within the stipulated time. It is further prayed on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45725 of 2025(2) dt.11-07-2025 2/2 behalf of the counsel for the petitioners that further time may be extended so that the petitioners could surrender in the court below.

4. Considering the submissions made on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioners and the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the order dated 21-02-2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 3574 of 2025 is modified to the extent that the period of surrender of the petitioner in the court below is extended for a further period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

5. The rest of the conditions shall remain the same as mentioned in the order dated 21-02-2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 3574 of 2025.

6. Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
