This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail in a case under Sections 323, 406, 420 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petitioner was the Manager of non-banking Company and, accordingly, collected Rs.50,00,000/- on assurance that Company will double the deposited amount in nine months.

The whole concert is collective effort of the persons who were the Agent, Manager and Director of the Company. Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with Bagaha
