2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Turkauliya (Banjariya) P.S.Case No. 189 of 2022.
3. As per allegation, seven FIR named accused persons came to the Darwaza of the informant variously equipped with knife, iron rod, sword and lathi. Co-accused Deepak Kumar assaulted Kaushal Kumar Rai with a knife. Coaccused Mithun Kumar gave knife blow to the informant which hit his thigh. Co-accused Tej Narayan Mahto assaulted Kaushal Kumar with an iron rod and co-accused Anhoti Mahto assaulted

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he is innocent. He has a person of clean antecedent and has falsely been implicated in this case. There is case and counter case and both the parties have suffered injuries.
5. Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Motihari, East Champaran in in connection with Turkauliya (Banjariya) P.S.Case No. 189 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
