2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Chiraiya P.S. Case No. 95 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, unknown criminals are said to have looted Rs. 198000/- from the informant along with other articles on gun point.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 18.05.2023.

5. The involvement of the petitioner in the crime has come during investigation and the petitioner has also given his self-inculpatory statement. The petitioner is accused in five more cases of similar and serious nature.

6. Considering the gravity of the offence and the
