JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 17-05-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Aurangabad (Mufassil) P.S. Case No. 27 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Sections 420, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act.
As per written report one Hywa Truck driven by this petitioner was intercepted by the police and on search, 450 liters of foreign liquor have been recovered from the said truck. Keeping in view the recovery of huge quantity of foreign liquor as mentioned in the written report, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
