Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 27/63 of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.
Forty liters of foreign liquor was recovered from the house of the petitioner on 19.09.2016.
Submission of the petitioner is that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and on the date of alleged recovery possession of foreign liquor was not an offence. Considering the aforesaid facts, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
