2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Manjhagarh P.S. Case No. 439 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is accused of stealing a motorcycle which has been recovered from the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 13.04.2024 having clean antecedent.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43872 of 2024(2) dt.26-06-2024 2/2 the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Manjhagarh P.S. Case No. 439 of 2023.
