The petitioner is in custody in connection with Khaira (Nagra) P.S. Case No. 137 of 2016 registered under sections 461, 379 and 414 IPC.
It is stated that neither the stolen mobile set has been recovered from his possession nor there is any other material directly implicating the petitioner in the alleged crime. Md. Ekbal from whose shop two stolen mobile sets were recovered named Golu and Deepak as the persons who sold the mobile sets. The petitioner was allegedly seen in the company of Golu and Deepak. It is stated that he is in custody since 19.09.2016 having no criminal antecedents.

No.47806 of 2016 (3) dt.29-11-2016 2/2 In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate-X, Chapra, Saran in Khaira (Nagra) P.S. Case No. 137 of 2016 on condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be his own/close family member. In the event of framing of charge, the petitioner shall appear in person on each date fixed at the trial. In case of default in doing so on two consecutive dates the trial court shall have liberty to cancel his bail bonds and secure his arrest in accordance with law.
