The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 362(C) of 2016 registered for the offence under Sections 420, 406, 120/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking into consideration, the allegation and the recovery proceeding for which Civil Suit could be filed, I am inclined to grant benefit of anticipatory bail to the above named
