JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 20-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned A.P.P. for the State.

There happens to be allegation against the petitioner to have thrown the informant on ground and then assaulted him with the iron particles causing injuries over different parts of body including his teeth was broken. Furthermore, took out Rs. 150/-. Furthermore, it has been disclosed that informant also called him with his caste.

Much stress has been made on behalf of the petitioner over compromise entered into amongst the parties and on account thereof, petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned lower court with a prayer for regular bail, which the learned lower court will consider in accordance with law in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47911 of 2014 (2) dt.20-04-2015 2/2 background of subsequent event of compromise having been made in between the parties.

With the aforesaid observations, instant petition is disposed of.
