Upendra Ram the petitioner no. 2 has already been arrested, accordingly, his anticipatory bail petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Karja P.S. Case No. 165 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the informant with axe on his head and corresponding injury is found. Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner no. 1 Amaresh Ram on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) KKSINHA/- U T
