Petitioner seeks bail in Sessions Trial No.91 of 2018 arising out of Purnea Sadar P.S.Case No.529 of 2017 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of firing upon the brother of the informant causing his death.

Heard the learned A.P.P. also who vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner. Hence, prayer for bail is rejected.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37971 of 2018 (3) dt.12-09-2018 2/2 Trial court is directed to expedite and conclude the trial within one year from the date of receipt of the order passed by this Court.
