The petitioner is languishing in custody since 17.07.2016 in connection with Beur P.S. Case No. 168 of 2016 for the offences instituted under Sections 304(B)/34 of the IPC. The prosecution story, in brief, is that the informant's daughter was married with Suraj Kumar in the year 2014 and after marriage, she went to her matrimonial house where she was assaulted and tortured by the petitioner and her in-laws for the demand of dowry money. He further stated that he had gone to the matrimonial house of her daughter many times and pacified the matter but accused persons continued to assault for the demand of dowry money. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 17.07.2016 and the charge sheet has been submitted in the present case. There is no allegation of tampering of the witnesses alleged against the petitioner. He has got no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is the grand father-inlaw of the deceased. He is separate in mess and property from the husband of the deceased On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M.
