ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 07-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Parasbigha P.S. Case No. 33 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 409, 420 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuant to FIR, the petitioner apprehends his arrest having misappropriated 820 quintals of paddy, amounting to Rs. 17,6,779/- Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is already facing PDR proceeding and as per the agreement, he submitted bank guarantee for the prosecution in question. It is further submitted that similarly situated coaccused persons have been extended the privilege of anticipatory bail by this Court.
Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30455 of 2015 (2) dt.07-08-2015 petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection Parasbigha P.S. Case No. 33 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr. P.C. (Anjana Mishra, J) Jagdish/- U T
