The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Daraunda P.S. Case No. 46/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3(1)(x) of the SC/ST Act.

There persons are alleged to have assaulted the informant. There is no allegation of abusing against the petitioner. There is allegation of assault and abusing against two other persons. Two persons, namely Rupesh Kumar @ Rupesh Kumar Singh and Manish Kumar Singh were alleged to have assaulted and abused the informant have already been granted anticipatory bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 25318/2016 and 25278 of 2016. The case of the petitioner stands on the similar footing.

No.26706 of 2016 (3) dt.01-09-2016 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate VIII, Siwan in connection with Daraunda P.S. Case No. 46/2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
