2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Narpatganj (Ghurna) P.S. Case No. 93 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 353, 393, 333, 337, 427 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the S.S.B. got information that ganja was being transferred in a Wagon-R car. Motorcycle of the petitioner was stopped and there was protest by the general public in which firing took place. Petitioner is set to have fired.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner himself sustained injuries in his hand, the petitioner is in custody since 21.02.2023 and he is quite

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M. Araria/concerned Court below in connection with Narpatganj (Ghurna) P.S. Case No. 93 of 2023 subject to condition that:- 7(i) The petitioner will mark his attendance at the Ghurna (Narpatganj) Police Station on first Sunday of each month.
