This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Muffasil P.S. Case No. 119 of 2020 for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 307, 302 and 324 of the Indian Penal Code. In view of allegation levelled against the petitioners and also the fact that there is a death from the prosecution side, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
