15-06-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is seeking Regular Bail in connection with Chousa P.S. Case No. 60/2017 for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation is that of recovery of 7 litres of country made liquor from the petitioner. The petitioner is having no criminal antecedent and he is in judicial custody since 13.03.2017.
Learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
