The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered under section 47(A) Excise Act. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that they are registered license holder of the Excise shop which was raided.
Allegation against the petitioners is that they after taking out liquor from the shop took it for sale in a hut. Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that petitioners are operating his business in accordance with law and was not selling illegally.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30328 of 2015 (3) dt.29-10-2015 2/2 Considering the nature of allegation made against the petitioners, let the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Barauni P.S. Case No. 176 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
