The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Rani Talab P.S. Case No.143 of 2020 registered under Sections 379, 411 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 11, 39 and 56 of the Bihar Minerals (Concession, Prevention of Illegal Mining Transportation & Storage) Rules, 2019.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that similarly situated co-accused Abhay Singh has already been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate bench of this Court vide order dated 19.07.2021 passed in Cr.Misc.No.39930 of 2020. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49863 of 2021(2) dt.29-03-2022 2/2 of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. II, Danapur, Patna in connection with Rani Talab P.S. Case No.143 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
