Petitioners seek regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 307 and some other allied Sections of the Indian Penal Code.
As per the prosecution case, Sanjay Yadav, petitioner No.1, called son of the informant and thereafter it is alleged that co-accused Pannu Singh caught son of the informant and coaccused, Sonu Singh, stabbed knife causing injuries to him. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that there is case and counter case between the parties for the same occurrence. Specific allegation of causing injury is against
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49778 of 2021(2) dt.25-11-2021 2/2 co-accused, Sonu Singh. Petitioners claim clean antecedent and are in custody since 08.04.2021 and investigation in this case is complete.
Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
Considering the facts of the case and the period of custody of the petitioners, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VIII, Gaya in connection with Buniyadganj PS case No.132/2020.
