Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402, 413, 414, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)(a)/26/35 of the Arms Act.

Submission is that only one live cartridge was allegedly recovered from possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid submission, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Motipur Police Station Case No. 151 of 2019, subject to the
