Deceased, Sarita Devi, who happens to be mother of a two year child was done to death at her Sasural and for that, as is evident from the written report submitted by Bodhan Mistry, father of deceased, it is apparent that he had castigated against his son-in-law only. That being so, petitioners Krishna Mistry @ Krishna Vishwakarma and Parwati Devi each are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Sherghati P. S. Case no.497 of 2013, in event of their arrest/ surrender within four weeks, subject to condition so enumerated under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Aditya Kumar Trivedi, J) Vikash/- U T
