JUSTICE AMARESH KUMAR LAL ORAL ORDER 22-07-2015 This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 6.05.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No.11222/2015 by which the petitioner was granted bail with condition that he will be released after framing of charge in Khusrupur P.S. Case No.71 of 2014. It is submitted that the petitioner has been in custody since 26.05.2014 and up-till-now, even the cognizance has not been taken in this case for want of sanction by the District Magistrate. Considering the facts and circumstances, the words "after framing of charge" stands deleted/modified.
