Patna High Court CWJC No.12837 of 2019 dt.27-06-2019 3/3 petition also stands covered by the ratio enunciated in the aforesaid Division Bench judgment. We do not find any reason to differ from the same.

The writ petition is also dismissed on the same grounds.
