The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Parsa P.S. Case No. 41 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was appointed after verification of her certificates and her certificate has been issued by the Raj ANM Training School, Muzuffarpur, which was found not genuine. When she received information about the lodging of the FIR in realization of the mistake, the entire money drawn by her by way of salary from the government, has been refunded without any delay. It is further submitted that during her functioning as ANM, the authorities did not find her to be doubtful in integrity and efficiency and therefore, she may be extended the privilege of

Considering the aforesaid submissions and the nature of allegation and also the fact that the petitioner has already refunded the government money which had been received by way of salary, let the petitioner, in the event of his/their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, Chapra in connection with Parsa P.S. Case No. 41 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr. P.C.
