In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Bakhri P.S. Case No. 95 of 2016 registered for offences under sections 447, 341, 324, 504, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
An allegation has been made in the First Information Report that the petitioner demanded Rs. 20,000/- from the Informant but, the Informant refused to pay the same. On the alleged date of occurrence, the petitioner came with the hot oil and poured the same on the head of the Informant due to which the skin got separated from the body.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has shown
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43311 of 2016 (2) dt.05-10-2016 Annexure-2, injury report, which itself shows burn injury at several places on the body of the Informant.
Considering the entire facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner, namely, Babloo Mahton is rejected with a liberty to renew his prayer for bail after six months of his judicial custody.
