JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-09-2015 The petitioner prays for a direction to the respondents to install 100 KV Transformer at village Berra, Police Station Mashaurhi, district Patna and to make all arrangements to supply the electricity to the consumers belonging to the APL families for domestic as well as agriculture purpose. The petitioner submits that the respondents have already provided electricity to a section of the same village who belongs to the BPL category, whereas others belonging to the APL category are still living without electricity. Patna High Court CWJC No.9975 of 2015 (2) dt.21-09-2015 2/2 provided electricity under the Rajiv Gandhi Gramin Vidyut Yojana.

In my view, the petitioner should approach the Chief Engineer, Commercial, South Bihar Power Distribution Company Ltd. for redressal of his grievances. It is expected that if such representation is filed, the same would be duly taken care of by the Chief Engineer expeditiously.
