The petitioner is father-in-law of the victim, seeking regular bail in connection with Sessions Trial No.429 of 2015, arising out of Jamo Bazar P.S. Case No.29 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/ 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code, but later on, charge sheet has been filed under Sections 306/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Earlier, the petitioner has moved before this Court for bail in Criminal Miscellaneous No.57272 of 2015 and this Court vide order dated 23.02.2016 rejected the bail application of the petitioner with a liberty renew his prayer for bail after nine months, if the trial is not concluded.

Looking to the relationship of the petitioner with the victim and the period of custody, let the petitioner-Alim Mian be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Ad-hoc District and Sessions Judge, 1st, Siwan, in connection with Sessions Trial No.429 of 2015, arising out of Jamo Bazar P.S. Case No.29 of 2014.
