2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Chhauradano P.S. Case No.18 of 2023, registered u/s 307, 353 and other allied Sections of the IPC, 27 of Arms Act and 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, pending in the Court of learned Special Judge, Excise Court No.2, Motihari, East Champaran.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn.

6. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned
