The petitioner is accused in connection with Azam Nagar P.S. Case No. 121 of 2017, registered under Sections 272 and 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
The accusation is that petitioner and one Sumit Sah was apprehended with motorcycle. On search, 72 bottles, each containing 600 ml, country made liquor was recovered from the gunny bag.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 27.03.2017.

No.23826 of 2017 (2) dt.29-06-2017 Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaithar, in connection with Azam Nagar P.S.
