The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 226 C of 2014, registered under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code as well as Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

It is alleged that complainant was driven out from her sausral after taking her jewellery, cloths and other articles. However, notice has been issued to opposite party no.2, though, a counter affidavit has been filed, but the complainant has not been appeared.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter was sent to Mediation Centre and there attempt was made for one time settlement, but in vain.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24127 of 2014 (10) dt.21-04-2015 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order in the court below shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur (Ara), in connection with Complaint Case No. 226 C of 2011, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of Cr.P.C. Further condition that till one time settlement is made, the petitioner will pay Rs. 1200/- month as maintenance to the complainant.
