This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 447, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that during the course of occurrence of assault he committed injury on the head of the informant with dabia.

The doctor had found simple laceration caused by hard and blunt substance on the head of informant. There is case and counter case.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Jankinagar P.S. Case No. 12 of 2016 to the satisfaction of Sri D. Prakash, Judicial Magistrate, Purnea, or successor Court.
