29.5 litre of country made wine along with Mahua Jawa and apparatus for preparing country made wine were seized from the possession of the petitioner and for that petitioner happens to be under custody since 22.06.2016 having no criminal antecedent as disclosed under para-3 of the petition.

Accordingly, petitioner Dilawar Paswan is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Lakhisarai in connection with Chanan P.S.
