Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 25(1-b)a/26/35/25(1-A)25(1-AA)25(1-AAA) of the Arms Act, Sections 3/4 of the Explosive Substance Act and Sections 16, 17, 18, 18A, 19, 20 and 21 of the U.A.P. Act. From possession of this petitioner, a country made loaded pistol and three cartridges were recovered. The petitioner is in custody since 15.01.2017 and has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.
