JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 16-05-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 1.2.2018, seeks bail in Chauri PS Case No. 42 of 2016 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the IPC.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner contends that there is no accusation against the petitioner of opening fire rather he is alleged to have exhorted his son to open fire which caused injury to the informant on his head.

As there is no specific accusati8on of opening fire by the petitioner so the petitioner, namely, Jairam Rai is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM 12th, Bhojpur, Ara in connection with Chauri PS Case No. 42 of 2016.
