JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 16-05-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 13.12.2017, seeks bail in Asharganj PS Case No. 161 of 2017 registered under Sections 304(B), 201, 120B and 34 of the IPC.

It is submitted that the petitioner is mother-in-law and the thrust of allegation is that deceased's husband had illicit affair with the wife of his elder brother, it is further submitted that there is no post mortem report on the record.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances as the thrust of allegation is against the husband and not against the petitioner so the petitioner, namely, Kranti Devi is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Munger in connection with Asharganj PS Case No. 161 of 2017.
