The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
The prosecution case, in short, is that unknown miscreants stolen away the motorcycle of the informant. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 3.2.2019. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. No T.I.P. has been held. Stolen motorcycle is alleged to have been recovered. Said motorcycle was given to the petitioner by the co-villager. The petitioner had no knowledge that the motorcycle in question is stolen property.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. VIII, Patna in connection with Beur P.S. case No.28 of 2019. (Sudhir Singh, J) Narendra/- U T
