Petitioners are accused under Section 135 of the Electricity Act, 2003. They were found using energy by hooking causing loss in the sum of Rs. 16,111/- to the Power Company. In case of arrest or surrender within four weeks, petitioners abovenamed shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand)each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Bhabua P.S. Case No. 515 of 2013 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. with the further condition that they

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42462 of 2014 (2) dt.21-04-2015 2/2 shall deposit a sum of Rs. 8,000/- with the South Bihar Power Distribution Company and produce the receipt thereof along with the bail bonds. The amount so deposited by the petitioner shall be without prejudice to his right and defence.
