The Petitioner seeks bail in Raushanganj (Banke Bazar) P.S. Case No. 07 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-B)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is rotting in jail since, 15.01.2017 and has got no criminal antecedent. Coaccused Kundan Kumar from whose possession one live cartridge was recovered has been granted bail by a co-ordinate bench of this

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned learned S.D.J.M. Sherghati in connection with Raushanganj (Banke Bazar) P.S. Case No. 07 of 2017.
