The petitioner has challenged the transfer order dated 29th June, 2010 whereby she has been transferred from Primary Health Centre, Baliya to Primary Health Centre, Chariya Bariyarpur.

Learned counsel for the State is present. He has submitted that there is no illegality in the order of transfer. The

Patna High Court CWJC No.2892 of 2011 dt.11-02-2015 2 / 2 order passed by the respondent is neither without jurisdiction nor contrary to law.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I find no merit in the present application. Accordingly, the application is dismissed.
