The petitioner has renewed his application for bail in connection with Sarmera P.S. Case No. 118 of 2015 registered under Sections 25(1-B)(a), 25(1-AA), 26(2) and 35 of the Arms Act. The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide order dated 19.05.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 21657 of 2016.

For the reasons assigned in the aforesaid order dated 19.05.2016, I am not inclined to take a different view of the matter. Accordingly, the application is dismissed. (Ashwani Kumar Singh, J.) ravi/- U T
